Can you care for a website built by someone else?

Usually yes. A health check comes first, so you know the condition of the site and anything that needs fixing before the plan starts.

What counts as a small change?

Text edits, image or banner swaps, adding a small section to an existing page or updating contact details. New features or new pages are quoted separately.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans run month to month unless agreed otherwise, and your backups and access details are handed over if you leave.

Is hosting included?

Hosting can be included or kept with your current provider. Either way, the plan covers monitoring and backups of the website itself.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Usually within a few working hours on WhatsApp, phone or email.

How is the price decided?
