Do I need to install anything?

No special software is needed. CloudBari POS runs in a web browser on a computer, laptop, tablet or phone. Barcode scanners and printers that work with your computer work with it too.

Does it work in Bangla?

Yes. Screens can be used in Bangla or English, and invoices, ledgers and reports print in clean Bangla, including the amount in words.

Can you load my existing products and customer dues?

Yes. During setup your product list, units, opening stock and the opening balances of customers and suppliers are loaded and checked with you, so you start with correct numbers.

Can my staff use it without seeing profit or deleting sales?

Yes. Roles and permissions decide exactly which screens and actions each user can access, and important actions are recorded in the activity log.

Does it handle bKash, Nagad and bank payments?

Yes. Each payment account has its own balance. One invoice can be paid partly in cash and partly by bKash or bank, and transfers between accounts are recorded.

Is my data safe, and can I take a backup?

Each business runs in its own workspace, and you can download Excel backups of your data at any time. Server backups are part of the setup.

Can it send SMS to customers?

Yes. Invoice and payment SMS can be sent through an SMS gateway account. SMS credit is purchased separately from the gateway provider.

What kind of support do I get?

Direct support over WhatsApp, phone and email from the people who build the product, plus training for your staff and regular product updates.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Usually within a few working hours on WhatsApp, phone or email.

How is the price decided?
